Mahjong

I was so happy to play Mahjong again with lovely women easy and pleasant and fun to be with. I relished our aging hands and points of view. And, I really relished seeing Nancy's home once again; such a sensible and cozy place filled with the best art. There were six of us today, so we took turns with two always sitting nearby. The chattering was as pleasing as the click and clacking of the bamboo and ivory tiles. Maybe they were bamboo and bakelite; makes me want a set of my own.
