Immersed and Infused

An early dip in the lake, before the sun had really had chance to show itself.  Just me down there and a couple cooking up bacon sarnies. A frosty morning, air temp one degree. 

I was in Carlisle by 9am for my infusion at the hospital (just a regular preventative treatment).  The nurses in the chemo room were so cheerful and upbeat, one of them even knew R&L.  Small world.
