Distillery

A large crane loomed over these distillery tanks in Pouzolles, suggesting demolition - the distillery is still working, but probably not using these old rusting tanks.

The first real summer day, at last, with the sun still hot - 35°C - when we went out in the evening and the scent of hot vines in the air, the characteristic smell of summer in the Languedoc. Wonderful!
