Allermuir

Overnight rain, the cooler condition. the cool breeze added significant wind chill. Not been like this since Spring. Stepping outside and feeling grateful for an insulated jacket. There were clear views to Fife at lunchtime.

In the afternoon a haze had descended. Allermuir Hill looking very autumnal. Soon the sun won't be high enough to light up the north facing slopes. Late afternoon, there are still scraps of sunlight left to highlight the terrain on the hill. Extra shows a very autumnal looking tree.
