Teeth out! Poor Dog is clearly in pain. On top of which he can’t eat and it’s over 24 hours since he had anything and his stomach is making awful noises. Surgery took longer than expected, the abscess was both inside and outside the mouth/face and had eaten into the gum. He’s struggling to get comfortable and I just feel awful for him.
