Banana ………. Or is it?

Lovely lunch out with a friend at a restaurant run by Tom Shepherd who was on this year’s great British Menu. He won the main course and was very close on this, his dessert. It’s a banana mousse inside white chocolate. A delicious finale to an outstanding meal!
