No time for a write-up - I'm already fucking late.
The blip shows Hackerbrücke during rush-hour. And if you think "Hey, if it's rush-hour, there are not many cars then" you are right. Hackerbrücke is the bridge across the main train tracks, which sees the least (car) traffic. I think drivers avoid that particular bridge because of the large number of cyclist, that use Hackerbrücke. During Oktoberfest Hackerbrücke is a pedestrian zone, because the main S-Bahn station for the Oktoberfest is right underneath the bridge. And drunkards and traffic doesn't work very well together...
