Horrible landlord

Landlord seems disinterested to send the tenancy agreement for the new tenant and myself stating the new academic year as the reason. Management of responsibilities that directly affects someones livelihood should be the first thing to teach in academia.

Despite writing multiple times there has been no proper acknowledgment. I find it extremely frustrating and worrying for both the new guy and myself and wonder if all landlords are as remiss as him.
