Not Sure...

What a dreadful weather day until about 3pm - such heavy rain, cold & windy. It cheered up about 3pm & a quick walk gave me this interesting fungi. It looks a bit like witches butter - but that's yellow & not brown. A quick google tells that there is such a thing as 'brown witches butter' which does look a bit similar...but really I have no idea.
