Chanel Show

Fantastic show - so many things even from the 20’s would look good today. Many of the attendees were worth looking at too - Chanel type jackets in evidence and much high end fashion. I let the side down in mostly synthetics to ward off the Underground bed bugs. My clothes went straight in the wash or into the freezer when I got home, bag and shoes included.
Next up was the Sambourne House a Victorian time capsule I’ve long wanted to visit. In the evening there was a Bury Grammar School meet up at the bottom of the Gherkin with free food and drink to my surprise. It was good to meet up with three girls from my year- a group of us chat on Zoom for 40 minutes on Sundays. Home after 11 to cocoa and a slice of toast.
