The light house

This house is a little bit of a local legend and also one of the spookiest places I know... Spring Leigh is in Nether Edge in Sheffield and apparently was built for Henry Carr Booth (a table knife manufacturer) in 1868. For as far as I have known this house has basically looked like this with ruined gardens and windows yet also amazing architecture and features. There is even a glass observation tower in the room apparently.

This house features on a lot of Urban Exploration forums as it does look like an abandoned house but apparently there IS a man that lives there in one room of this place. it would also explain why there is always a light shining on the landing at night... spooky? not half!
