High Fatigue Day

I had an appointment today which I didn’t manage to attend due to higher fibromyalgia pain and fatigue so started my day off on a low.

I didn’t manage to get myself going until well after 2pm, feeling drained and intensely fatigued and pained.

I headed out for a short, paced walk and discovered this wonderful cookbook secondhand at the supermarket (today’s Blip), I will aim to have a flick through it over the weekend.
