Tonight's dessert

My son has been boarded and offloaded twice since late morning in an extremely windy Christchurch but he says his flight up to us in Hamilton is now rescheduled for a 4pm departure. He's coming up for a  regular  2 monthly ,24 hour catchup to see his ancient parents and (sometimes) have a little time with friends too. I  know Darcy will be itching to see Uncle David ; ))
I have a chicken casserole in the oven and whipped up this easy chocolate cake early this afternoon. Deliciously iced with chocolate icing mixed only with fresh lemon juice squeezed from the fruit on our trees.
