Slateford Viaduct and back
Out to the Slateford Viaduct, and back again, for today's run ... had to be late evening again, given other commitments today :-(
Lovely evening light though, and we enjoyed the run along the now, well-trodden canal path. We're going to know every inch of it by this time next year!
Picture taken 'on-the-run', and shows the start (looking Westward) of the Viaduct, with a canoeist (not rower, this time!) in the foreground. There were actually also a lot of other people out running this evening, which was great to see.
Today's figures:
Date: 12/6/13
Height: 6 ft 4inches
Weight: 16stone 3pounds (ooh!)
Distance run: just <3miles
Pace: 9mins/mile (steady pace)
As usual, all the details on why I'm doing this can be found here.
And, if you want to consider sponsoring me - to help Venture Scotland, then you can do so via the JustGiving page I've set up here.
Running rest-day tomorrow - and I'll dig out another poem, now that I have an additional 'blipfoto theme' in mind :-)
