I love my white begonia - especially where there is a slight pinkish tone!

A very wet and dreary day here, but i had the good company of Chief Inspector Armand Gamache of the Sûreté du Québec and the remainder of the story i've been listening to! She's such a good writer and now i'm finished both of her books.....what will i do!!!

Got lots done: trimmed the ugly mugs and put handles on them, waxed enough pots for hopefully 2 glaze kiln loads over the next couple of days! Ah yes, it's busy time here on Cape Breton Island, as we await the arrival of the lovely tourists! I never understand folks that live in a place that is a lot dependent on the seasonal income from tourists, who complain about the line ups, the busyness of town etc....used to drive me made in Muskoka...i don't experience it as much here, which is a lovely contrast! Of course maybe i'm just not talking to the irritated folks here !
