Nightmare Yesterday Was Friday 13th!

After yesterdays smooth run normality crash back in to view! Badger bless him was on his bed in the utility room with water dripping from the light clusters either side of him and pooling on the floor. I managed much to Mrs A S's distress to get into the loft space dig down into the double layer of isolation and find a nick in the plastic hot water pipe (I heard it before I could see any water) Mrs A S had been ringing around for emergency plumbers and came up with a very nice young man who arrived when he said he would and carried out swift and effective repair.
I then removed some of the insulation that was really wet and sponged the water that was sitting on top of the plasterboards. Reasonably well dried out just waiting to see if the plaster remains intact. I have been shattered since so no jobs done I think bedtime will be early tonight.

On a brighter note "Mable" the hedgehog is going great guns, she now weighs 800 gms ! Will if she carries on finish her meds on the 17th and be up for release after the 19th. Quiet a recovery!
