49th

Another Saturday and another Parkrun... it was my 49th.

I went to Lochore Meadows this time, hoping it would be looking good in the cold, October sunshine. I was right. 

Cold in this context meant 4ºc. 

I enjoyed it and I ran well. I managed my second best time for that course. 

In the afternoon I went to see Queen's Park play at Falkirk. It passed the time. Slowly. 

A 0-1 defeat.
