Portland Rose

We just celebrated our "Rose Festival" honoring the many roses that grow well here, so I had to pay tribute to my beautiful city during this time. After a trip to the dentist where I was told I need two crowns, I had my favorite lunch to soften the blow; a jalapeño, bacon, raspberry jam and peanut butter sandwich, and for that I am grateful!
