Recently bought the Life Kitchen book  and thought I'd try this one for my lunch; toasted sourdough topped with marmite cream cheese, mushrooms with lemon zest and juice and soft boiled eggs with a sprinkling of sumac.

Oh my!

No time to style it beautifully as I just wanted to get it into my tummy!!!

It did not disappoint!
