Pizza Napoli
I don't eat pizza very often I realised today. I also realised that since I have been eating Andy Ensum's pizzas I have become a total snob.
The dough has to be lovingly hand reared and the pizza made in a wood oven, preferably in front of you.
I couldn't resist buying this from a couple of artisans at Queen's Park Farmers Market today. Not as good as Andy's but totally hit the spot !
