Broken Charger

The online shop we bought the new laptop from responded saying that the charger had issues so they ordered a replacement. Why couldn't they have just told me about this? Is it not natural to think I'd be wondering where the laptop was?

I've finally got an email saying that DPD has the package. It's saying I'll receive it Monday though... It was supped to be 2 day delivery. Hopefully it comes a little sooner than that.
