Sportshall Athletics

Sportshall Athletics is fast and furious and that was definitely the case today. Every outdoor athletics event is adapted for smaller people with special equipment. I was working on the vertical jump (high jump) and high stepper (hurdles). Blip is the relays. Caught up with lots of old friends from Will’s Preston Harriers days. Home by 3 and out for a lovely walk with plenty of apples and carrots for my animal friends. St Annes tomorrow nearly ready.
