Changing All Those Changes . . . Madeleine Peyroux
Last night our election was declded and we have moved to the right. It would seem people wanted a change.
This morning we watched the All Blacks (Rugby World Cup) win versus Ireland. It has been a few years since we watched Rugby with our son. He is just as intense a watcher as he was as a child. Finn just ate his honey puffs at the table.
We moved on to have morning tea with Finn's other grandparents. Finn is also their only grandchild so we are both very proud of him. Then we drove north to Taupo. It is interesting seeing the countryside whizz by and seeing what has changed. The blip is the Desert Road which is distinctive with the tussocks and pylons. The volcanoes where hidden under the clouds. We spent the night in Taupo with old friends and the wine and conversation prevented the publication of a blip.
