October sky

Managed an hour or so working in the garden before going in to Holmfirth for French dancing. A fun session, lots of dancers and musicians, and good to meet with friends, old and new. Nipped into the Co-op for a couple of essentials before walking back up the hill.

Meanwhile, MrM had put up the three new shelves in the kitchen. While he went out for an early evening walk, I set about emptying two boxes containing crockery and glasses, and putting the contents onto the shelves. I had assumed that four rather nice tumblers would be in one of the boxes, but there was only one. It's a mystery - where on earth are the other three???

Didn't notice the telephone wires at the bottom of the photo until I looked at it on the computer screen. Lit up by the last of the sun, they're zigzagging across the shot.
