I tend to shy away from these community police people as, like traffic wardens and the real police, they seem to largely consist of all the, now adult, bullies from school or, even worse, those bullies’ victims working out some kind of twisted vengeance. Depending on how rich you are probably affects how much you identify with this assessment, with the poor usually getting the sharp end of their particular stick.
