Time stood still

Maybe a scene such as this could have been observed over the years in the centuries past

These two Clydesdale horses had just been unharnessed from the carriage parked at the front of Crathes castle.

It was another cool day, so after a walk we adjourned to the (very busy) cafe for a bowl of soup.

At Crathes we had a brief hint of sunshine. It had clouded over when we were back home.
