Barnham Broom - Venue set up

Back blip - So this was the third and final annual session I ran for 90 managers - all  members of one company. The topic is always around leadership and the sessions are highly interactive. The feedback is consistently very positive. 

Getting to the venue a day before such an event is always useful. This was how the room was set up upon my arrival. The screen was in the wrong position and the projector was a long throw one which took up too much space. Fortunately the staff were super helpful and the room was reset to my requirements and we used my ultra short throw projector which saves a lot of space.   Trial and tribulations of large scale development days!
