Mole Antonelliana

Today’s museum was the National Museum of Cinema which is located inside the Mole Antonelliana.

First we took the glass lift up through the roof to the viewing platform in the tower with a 360 view of the city. Then the fabulous collection documenting the history of film. The current temporary exhibition is The World of Tim Burton. A collection of his sketches, notes and film props. A very impressive CV and the highlight of our visit to the museum.

A lovely meal in the evening opposite the theatre. I had veal lasagne with a white truffle bechamel sauce and white truffle shavings on the top. Delicious!
