Concert Rehearsal

The Daughter of the house is busy practising for a concert in a couple of weeks time. She has suddenly realised that what with one thing and another, she hasn't actually even seen some of the songs she is due sing. So she has crept down early to get some much needed note bashing on the piano.

Suddenly a voice from above yells "whoever that is, stop ... some of us are trying to sleep!". Oops, she had forgotten Papa got in late last night after some function at his club. Perhaps if she creeps back to bed he won't find out who it was.

At choir last night I discovered that having missed quite a few rehearsals due to other commitments (such as a photo workshop in the Lakes), there are indeed a number of items for our concert in a few weeks time which I have yet to sing through, and only 2 more rehearsals :((. I also have to finish writing the programme, so I guess that accounts for my free time for a while!
