‘Getting another Piece of the Action!’

Along with my regular annual flu vaccine, it was COVID-19 vaccination number 6 today! It's difficult to believe my first one was in February 2021!

And what a difference they've made - using weakened or inactive pieces to stimulate the immune system and provide protection against at least the most severe forms of the diseases!

I jogged back home, with a slight detour to make it up to 5k. No ill effects, and none this evening, so far. So, fingers crossed!
