Killed by the Frost

We had our first frost of the winter this morning, so it was a matter or removing the ice from the car before we could go to Addenbrookes for another routine appointment. The appointment, was as usual, with the clinic which is always quite long; it was a positive appointment; back in three months. When I came home, I had seven u3a emails to deal with, all necessitating a reply.
 
Today’s picture is of some of the leaves on the Kiwi plant which have been killed by the frost. This will remind me of when we had our first frost this year.
 
The temperature at noon today was eleven degrees Celsius.
