Travelling (little) man

Charlie and I had another day hanging out at home. I'm feeling better so did mean to head up to Tiny Tunes but when I put Charlie down to sleep I mighta sorta definitely maybe fell asleep with him. We didn't wake up until after the session had started and missed a text from Katrina offering us a lift.

Ah well, instead I got on with a few jobs, including ringing the insurance company. Robin took the car to the local garage when he got back last night and they said the repairs would be more than our likely excess so it was worth making a claim. I was actually pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Shelia's Wheels. My excess was only £100 and a courtesy car is included, though we don't get that until Monday. Plus I will only lose a year or two on my no claims bonus, so it's not as dire as I thought.

I put Charlie down on the rug in the breakfast room whilst I was getting on with washing, and I just had to take a picture. When I put Charlie down he was on the mat to his right. Somehow he'd travelled off the mat and found himself perpendicular to it ?!

He then had a little more baby rice. This time I thickened it up and he loved it! I also squashed some banana in. His eyes popped wide open when he first tasted it and then greedily lapped it up.
