Necessity is the mother of invention

Had 10 of these little oil lamps and only used 3 so far. Didn't have any wood sufficiently large enough to make another lamp base without it being narrow, light and at risk of toppling over so I brought some brass castor cups and used these as a weighted base. They are a push fit into the lamp holder and are stuck in using two part epoxy. Pleased with this, think I'll make a tall one to take advantage of the weighted base.
