Dripmeet

Had a great evening this evening. Met up with Planetsair and Holly the dog for a blipmeet in the forest at Garw Nant. Unfortunately the wether in Garwnant was a lot wetter than in Hay on Wye. We ended up leaving the cameras in the cars and just walking in the rain. Of course we saw all sorts of things that would have made great photos but until they make EOS 7Ds waterproof it aint gonna happen. The walk was lovely though and we will go back in better weather . We then went to the McDonalds in Merthyr Tydfil for a coffee and to ogle each other's gear. I have lens envy and bag envy. My wishlist has just grown.
On our way out of the soggy McDonalds Sarah noticed that only one of the lights was on across the way on the bridge . We got some very odd looks from the people leaving McDonalds as we blipped about the place.
Hope to repeat the blipmeet without the drips very soon :-)
