Another Goodbye

It was easy to hang around today. Our flight out of Cairns wasn't until 6.40pm.

We visited the pool, strolled along the beach. We ate a long slow lunch at the beautiful Nunu, which the locals have dubbed as expensive. To us, it wasn't so. The chef appeared on Australian Masterchef as a guest judge. His food is different from the more than acceptable, chuck it on the BBQ Aussie usual, a little more refined and very nice.

Our flight was the only Intetnational flight leaving. The airport was deserted! The air stewardesses were little gems, if a tad over bearing. I was admonished for not having a hot drink after dinner, I would need a digestive I was told. Tea, not of my choosing, was brought. Thanks Mum!
