Car boot sale

We did our first car boot sale at Harrogate.
It was all quite bizarre. Particularly when it wasn’t ‘open’ yet but the ‘professionals’ were allowed to go round. They pounced while we were trying to unload stuff. Three people descended on a box that I was trying to unpack that I had no option but to step back. It was actually quite horrible to watch.
However, it did settle down once it was ‘open’ and a fairly steady stream of people came round.
Cathie sold quite a lot and really only had one box of stuff left. :)
We celebrated with having a treat at the eclectic cafe between Addingham and Lowmills.
This evening I took ingredients to mom’s to make an apple crumble with her. :)
