Running buddy

Busy day today, took Kilda for a walk in the gardens first thing and then dropped mum off at the station. Worked from home as J went into the office and I stayed in to talk to the gas engineer about a new boiler. Got an email telling me off for talking to the CEO on Thursday, even though they said I could. Finished work and went for the first run in 5 months with Kilda. Nice to get back out there and my back held up just about.
