Those were the day's my friend.

A perfect day for drying the washing, so I have made the most of it, especially as we have rain forecast for the next week. J went to Llandow on his motorbike (mad) but it did give  me chance to do quite a few house wifey jobs. I have put my Winter uniform on today, which comprises of , polo shirt, with a wool Guernsey sweater, over jeans and wool socks. I must stress, this is only worn at home during the cold months.
Another photo of J's layout. When I was a child,  a visit from the coalman was a regular thing. We lived in a terraced house, with no back entrance, and the coalmen had to bring the coal sacks through the house and put it in the coal shed. My mother was  not amused if they sometimes rubbed the wallpaper in the hall with their sacks. Thank goodness some things have changed for the better.
