Rydal Water and Mist

Our final morning in the Lakes and despite a cloudy sky I still made the effort to head to Rydal Water.  I was intent on taking a photo of the tree that has gained interest over recent years near to the road.  If you check the extra, I did take some photos of the tree, but there were other people around (not just photographers) getting in the way.  I did wonder why this gentleman had turned up, resplendent in his black and red garb, complete with red shopping bag.

In the end I walked over to a small promintory and shot down the water to the boat house.
