Nerdy Nerdfest

On a mission to get back into running when we arrived, I signed up for training. The first set of classes has ended and another has started. I'm trying to improve my 10k time and I've got totally enthusiastic about pace and cadence and blah blah blah...

After track practice this evening, spent 20 minutes comparing apps, kit and general nerdy running stuff.... ha...great fun.
