Well matched…

I found this large fir cone and tiny apple like fruits on my way to meet Big Sis and a friend for lunch. My beautiful leaded piece suited them perfectly with their complimentary autumn colours. A lovely display!

Lots of preparation later for the ladies meeting anniversary tomorrow; a trifle, dessert ‘hundreds’ of sandwiches and as I’m in charge, my bits to say.

Lots of phone calls too. My sewing chum Jenny had a fall last Monday and is still in hospital. Hopefully, a suitable care package will be provided before she is discharged.
