Brave little butterfly on my morning toddle around the garden :)

The change in weather is making the metal in my ankle very painful at the moment. Trying not to take even more drugs though and a colleague suggested a hot water bottle on it. I have a wrap that can be used hot or cold so I might stick that in my work bag tomorrow and pop it in the office microwave!
