First frost

This morning was the first time this autumn I have noticed frost on the windscreen of the car. There may have been such previous mornings but I’ve not been out early enough to see it.

I’m had to go out just before 9 today. The outside temperature was 2oC and it took a while for the screen to clear.

A final day with our friends before they headed southwards (in stages); 2 church meetings and a gentle walk.

Also a conversation with my doctor about osteoarthritis which the X-Ray has confirmed explains my sore hip. Now need to plan how best to manage this! At least when pain relief cuts in it eases considerably.
