What Theft Looks Like !!

Eldest son rings from London saying he has no money. As kind and generous parents we had put 450pounds into his account only weeks before so we were very sceptical. On investigation we discover that his card has been scammed at the airport in Rio while buying a transfer ticket to the international terminal and ever since he left, pages and pages of withdrawals have been happening on the card. It was fortunate that the card is a debit variety and in the end it stopped giving out money when it reached 0 and there is no further debt. Still for an 18 year old on the other side of the world it is a bit scary to be left with ZERO!
