Move

An easy morning at home before the bus down to The Botanics for a mooch and a coffee after lunch, all very pleasant indeed. Another bus back into town to check out those new Scottish galleries at the National Gallery  - first impressions, wow! We only had half an hour before the place shut though but we'll definitely be back to see it all properly ASAP.

After some book buying at Fopp it was third day in a row at The Cameo for a one-off screening of new US indie film Fremont. All quite minimal, a little bit quirky, black and white, not really that much going on at all but in its own kind of way rather perfect.

I thought of the following song whilst in the galleries, even though there was nothing by this artist in them, what with him being, you know, French and all that...

"I'm up to my neck like Toulouse-Lautrec"
