Ms Clivia Comes Indoors. Lumix M4/3 20mm
Temperatures at night are now down in the 40s, and it was time to bring the Clivias in from the balcony for the winter. Over the summer, we re-potted the two little cuttings into separate pots. I took one into work today so she can bask with the other plants in the bright early morning sunshine on my office window sill. Here's how things looked on December 13, 2022. The other will reside indoors at home in much less light. We have read that the plants need a dormancy period, - less light, lower temperature and less water - in the winter to encourage them to flower in the spring. Curious to see what happens.
