Love on the Naberezhnaya

Today was Russia Day, the national holiday of the Russian Federation, which has been celebrated every year since 1992.

We had an evening stroll down on the embankment at Vorobeyevy Gory, just down from the university. The world and his wife were there cycling or rollerblading. It seems walking is very passé! Unless that is you are a young couple wandering along holding hands and stopping frequently for a cuddle!
