Loser!

After 4 weeks of staying the same and the previous few weeks fluctuating 1lb either side, I've decided to fix my target. I'll probably lose 1/2 stone next week.

Took ClareClare and Red for lunch at Chacewater Garden Centre to celebrate.

Eye test for Lily - she's fine having previously been border line for needing glasses.

No capoeira as frankly we were all knackered - Lil had spent the afternoon at the high school taking part in a multi sports competition and Al had spent the day on his bike doing 'Bikeability' on the roads.

Oh and winter is back and my gazebo is beyond repair :-(
