Still, it beats stewing in one's own rage, stuck in a German executive sports car averaging 3km/h in omnipresent traffic jams. 

Note to self: I cut my old wellies just 5cm too short, there is a tiny tiny gap between my rain trousers and the top of the wellie when my leg is fully outstretched. 

Other note to self: a tiny tiny gap between wellie and rain trousers is all it takes for litres of rain water to penetrate the wellie in these stupidly shite weather conditions...
