Thomas suns himself
A very full day yesterday, hence the a quick back-blipped portrait of Thomas our cat. I spent the day with our community gardening group building new plant containers that will, we hope, help beautify the village. There will be more hammering today.
Then, in the evening we were off to the Art Centre in Aberdeen to watch our elder granddaughter play Lady Jacqueline Carstone in Me and My Girl.
Thomas is feeling a bit sorry for himself. Like the rest of the family he is much irritated by the flowering oil seed rape and his eyes are streaming. As he grows old his formerly black coat is gradually turning brown. Perhaps it is in solidarity with our own greying?
